Your data, your control
You have the right to understand what we hold, to ask questions, and to request that we delete or disconnect personal data tied to your Blood Connect account, including data we receive when you sign in with a third party.

Our commitment
Blood Connect exists to help patients and families connect with donors quickly and safely. That mission depends on trust. We treat your personal information with respect, explain our practices in plain language, and give you a clear path when you want your account data deleted or disconnected from sign-in providers.
This page describes how to exercise those choices today. It applies whether you registered with email and password or used a third-party account (for example Facebook, Google, or another provider we may support in the future). The steps are the same: contact us using the channel below so we can verify and fulfill your request responsibly.
What this page covers
When you use Blood Connect, we may process data needed to run the service. Depending on how you registered or sign in, that can include:
- Account details such as your name and email address.
- Profile and donor-related information you choose to add to the platform.
- Identifiers we receive from a third-party sign-in provider (for example a provider user id and basic profile fields they share with us).
A request under this page can include deleting your account and associated personal data, or disconnecting third-party sign-in while keeping an email-based account, where technically possible. We will confirm what we can do for your specific situation.
How to request deletion or disconnection
Send us a written request so we can confirm your identity and protect your account from misuse. Use the subject line Data deletion request and include the email address associated with your Blood Connect account. If you used third-party sign-in, mention the provider name (for example Facebook or Google) so we can locate the correct linkage.
Support email: support@blood-connect.com
We aim to respond and complete verified requests within thirty (30) days, unless a longer period is required by law or exceptional circumstances. We may ask you for limited additional information solely to confirm that the request comes from you or an authorized representative.
Third-party sign-in and provider settings
You can often remove Blood Connect's access or disconnect login inside your Facebook, Google, or other provider account. Those controls are important, but they do not always delete data already stored in Blood Connect.
To ensure data on our side is handled the way you intend, please still follow the request steps above. That way we can align our records with your choice and with our Privacy Policy.
After your request is completed
When deletion is complete, you may lose access to donor profiles, blood requests, and other features tied to that account. Some information may be retained where the law or a legitimate interest requires it (for example minimal records needed for security or dispute resolution). Where that applies, we limit retention and use to what is necessary.
For full details on collection, use, retention, and your rights, read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
